We can’t say enough good things about Mark Pietig’s performance as our buying agent. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the market, and how the different lakes within the Brainerd area demand different pricing premiums. He is extremely responsive. Mark has a very easy disposition, yet he drives the process aggressively. He has many local contacts that provide services to help close the transaction, including tree removal, home inspection, water and septic testing, home repair, etc. Mark is an excellent negotiator. In short, Mark is a fantastic realtor that my wife and I highly recommend. We would like nothing better than to see him get a lot of repeat business.
